*Please note that the APDS Assist team does not offer medical or treatment advice or replace discussions with your physician, who will always be your primary source of information.

APDS Assist Specialty Pharmacists
Our Specialty Pharmacists have deep knowledge about rare disease treatment. They offer personalized help to every patient, assisting with questions about prescription coordination and fulfillment, prior authorization, and the importance of taking medication as prescribed.
Your Care Coordinator can help put you in touch with a Specialty Pharmacist.

APDS Assist Care Coordinators
Your Care Coordinator is the primary point of contact for access and shipment of Joenja. They work directly with your physician’s office to identify insurance coverage and access needs. Care coordinators can also provide more information on the Joenja Starter program for eligible patients, which allows quick access to Joenja while the physician’s office works with the insurance company to establish coverage.
To connect with a Care Coordinator Monday-Friday, 8AM – 8PM ET, call 1-877-796-APDS (2737) or email APDSAssist@pantherxrare.com

“My ACE helped find a doctor in my area who specialized in treating APDS, and also helped me navigate insurance to ensure I didn’t run out of medication.”
